For venues
Built for venues where fees matter
Most ticketing platforms were designed for large festivals and stadiums. Relay works for community theaters, independent sports leagues, festivals, smaller venues, and nonprofits, where a $5 fee on a $20 ticket is a real problem.
Free to get started
Create events and start selling in minutes with no onboarding fees.
You keep the full ticket price
The $1 fee is added to the buyer's total. Your payout is the full price you set.

Client stories
We've used other larger ticketing companies in the past, but let me tell you what, this is what's up.

They were our ticketing agent this year, and I highly recommend them, especially for arts organizations or festivals like ours, and event organizers looking for a reliable, cost-effective ticketing partner that was on call 24/7 if we had any issues.
Hi guys, my name is Adam Rocha. I’m the founder and executive director of the 32nd annual San Antonio Film Festival, and I’m here to tell you a testimonial about our experience with RelayTix. They were our ticketing agent this year, and I highly recommend them, especially for arts organizations or festivals like ours, and event organizers looking for a reliable, cost-effective way of a ticketing partner that was on call 24/7 if we had any issues. And we’ve used other larger ticketing companies in the past, but let me tell you what, this is what’s up. This is the next best thing. I highly recommend it.

FAQ
What venues ask us
Straight answers on price, payouts, switching, and what we can build for you.
Our ticketing is outdated, clunky, or costs too much. Why switch?
Because everything a venue runs on is in one place: selling, the door, your buyers, your brand and your money, all simple enough to run from your phone. We set up your account and bring your upcoming shows over with you.
See everything that's includedCan you build something specific for my venue?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. A theater needed memberships, bundles and a weekly sales email for its booking agent. A bar needed a separate price for walk-ups at the door. A room full of tables needed a seat map buyers could pick from. We built each one. Tell us how your venue actually runs and we will build RelayTix around it, down to a website of your own.
How much does RelayTix cost?
Nothing for the venue. Buyers pay a $1 fee per ticket plus card processing, added at checkout. No monthly fees, setup costs or contracts.
Do I keep the full ticket price?
Yes. The fee and card processing are added to what the buyer pays, so your payout is the full price you set.
What if my event is free?
A ticket listed at $0 has no fee and no card charge.
Who is RelayTix for?
Independent venues, bars, theaters, festivals, nonprofits and community events. Anyone selling tickets who doesn't want a percentage taken out of every sale.
How do I get paid?
Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account. You're the seller, not us.
How do I check people in at the door?
Every ticket has a QR code. Scan them from any phone's browser, with no app to install.
How do I get set up?
We create your account, then you add your shows, prices and photos yourself from your dashboard.
